Rochdale men charged with planning robbery

Four men from Rochdale who were arrested by armed police in Hull have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
The men, aged 19, 31, 31 and 36, were arrested in the city on Friday (7 January 2011).
The four are due to appear before magistrates in Hull today (Monday 10 January 2011).
