Delays on M62

Motorists are being advised that traffic on the M62 eastbound between J19 at Heywood and J20 at Rochdale is slow following an earlier accident.
All lanes have since re-opened but there is congestion to J18 (Simister Island).
Traffic is also delayed westbound with congestion backing up to J22 (Rishworth Moor).
