Cathedral’s drop-in Carol Singing
Carollers can go to Manchester Cathedral’s first-ever ‘drop-in carolling’ session on Monday 20 December, between 12:15pm and 1:45pm.
There will be a simultaneous transmission of the carolling service on the large screen in Exchange Square.
The service will be informal, anyone can turn up at any time and leave whenever they want, and there is no admission cost.
A spokesman for the Cathedral said: “The idea is that people just drop in at any time and sing some of their favourite carols. When they need to leave they can just slip out. It is a chance to pause and remember what Christmas is all about in the run-up-to Christmas.”
