Families at Heybrook and Hamer Children’s Centre enjoy their Eid party

Heybrook and Hamer Sure Start Children's Centre celebrated Eid recently by holding a family party at their Park Road Centre.

The children took part in a range of party games with prizes including Pass the Parcel and Musical Chairs.

Families enjoyed samosas, onion bhajis, salad and fruit together.

Nagina Kauser, Early Years Worker said: “This was a lovely party to celebrate the end of the Eid festival; it was great to see families from both the Heybrook and Hamer areas celebrating together.”

The centre is holding its Christmas party on Thursday 16 of December, at Heybrook Primary School Hall, from 9.30 – 11am, for more information ring the centre on 630712.
