Accountants launch Christmas toy appeal

Christmas presents
A Milnrow accountancy firm who ran a Christmas toy appeal last year were so delighted with the results that they are running the appeal again this year – with an added twist.
The MCA Accountancy toy appeal has been organised by employee Sonia Coyle in conjunction with the Salvation Army.
This year as well as hoping for kind donations of toys and gifts for children and teenagers the firm is offering to double and cash donations made by the public.
The toys and the money will then be distributed by the Salvation Army.
Ms Coyle said: “Last year was such a success we decided to do it again. We are also going to match any money donated. Whether it is £2 or £20 we will match it.
“Our message to the public is: share the joy and share the spirit of giving.”
Ms Coyle said the appeal is for toys in general, but there is a need for clothes for new born babies and gifts for teenagers.
Toys can be dropped off at MCA Accountancy on Newhey Road or at the Range, Kingsway Retail Park.
