Cash up for grabs to improve Rochdale communities

David Wilson Homes North West is offering to give local organisations, community groups and charities in Rochdale a helping hand, with the launch of its exciting new Our Space, Your Place initiative.

Our Space, Your Place is a dedicated fund which can be used by locals in Rochdale to help improve the community in which they live.

From November onwards, groups from Rochdale can apply for a contribution from the fund to help support a project they are currently involved in. The only condition is that the contribution should be used for something which will genuinely enhance or improve services, facilities or the environment within their local area.

Steve Jackson, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West explains: “The Our Space, Your Place initiative allows the people living in our communities to truly make a difference in the area in which they live. We hope that the initiative will help to raise awareness of some of the very deserving and interesting projects in the area.

“Contributions are available from £1 to £1000 so we would like to invite interested parties to submit an application letting us know how they would use a donation from the Our Space, Your Place fund. If you’re a school, community group or club then please get in touch!”
