PARENT –TEACHER MEETINGS
The dates for our next round of parent-teacher meetings are Monday 15 November and Friday 19 November both 1.15 till 4.15pm. There will be lists at school for parents and carers to sign up for a mutually convenient appointment

SACRAMENTAL PROGRAMME
Thankyou for your good attendance at the Sacramental programme meeting last Wednesday. The children should now attend the 5.30pm Mass today ( Saturday 13 November) at St John’s church as the next step in the journey.

COLD WEATHER CLOTHING!
Please make sure your child has a warm coat, gloves and hat for playing outside. There are a number of children complaining about being cold when they are out due to not having come to school with warm outdoor clothes.

DIARY DATES
Year 6 are going to the Crucial Crew safety event on Thursday 25 November
School Christmas lunch for children and staff is Tuesday 7 December. If your child is on a packed lunch but you would like them to have the Christmas lunch then please send £1.70 into the school office.
The school Christmas Family Disco is on the evening of Tuesday 14 December 6 till 8pm with DJ Cliff ! Not to be missed!
Classes 1 and 2 will present the Christmas Nativity on the afternoon of Tuesday 14 December.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC ISSUES
Parents and carers, please be aware of new parking restrictions in the area around school.
Children’s safety is of course paramount so please make use of the school crossing patrol where appropriate and make sure children are well supervised at all times.

FAMILY HOLIDAYS
Thank you for only taking family holidays during school holiday time. No family holidays will be authorised during term time. If your child is off school at any time due to illness then please contact the school office first thing to let us know.
