Club hit-and-run suspect arrested

A man wanted on suspicion of driving a car into a group of people outside a nightclub in Rochdale has handed himself in.

Police had been hunting Lee Bradley, 26, since the carnage outside Dali Bar in the early hours of Sunday 17 October 2010.

The 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody for questioning.

Fourteen people were taken to hospital by ambulance and there were several other walking wounding.

All those who were treated at hospital were discharged within a few days.

Another 26-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder has been bailed until 15 November 2010 pending further inquiries.
