Teen charged with making false rape report

A teenager has been charged with making a false report of rape.
On 3 January 2010, a woman called police to report she had been raped in Rochdale.
Keeley Horrocks, 19, of Grant Street, Burnley, Lancashire, has been charged with perverting the course of justice and is due to appear before Rochdale Magistrates' Court on 10 November 2010.
