Date set for multi-million pound fraud trial

Five members of the same Rochdale family have appeared in court charged with fraud offences.
Mohammed Nawaz, 48, and his sons Imran Nawaz , 25, Adnan Nawaz, 24, Gibran Nawaz 23, and Ferkhan Nawaz, 20, all of Kingsway, are charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and money laundering offences.
They all pleaded not guilty before Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court and their trial was scheduled to start on Monday 16 May 2011.
They were charged following an investigation by GMP's Economic Crime Unit, which liaised with the Serious and Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in America into an alleged multi-million pound internet fraud.
