Man cut from car following M62 crash

A man was cut from his car after an accident on the M62 in the early hours of this morning (Friday 22 October 2010).
At 3:07am, three fire engines from Heywood, Rochdale and Elland attended a traffic collision on the westbound lane between junctions 21 at Milnrow at 22 at Rishworth Moor.
One vehicle was involved. The driver may have suffered a spinal injury.
Two lanes were closed, but have now been reopened.
