APPEAL FOR FLOOD VICTIMS IN PAKISTAN
Thankyou so much for your generous donation for the Pakistan flood situation. We raised £201.85 which has been sent via CAFOD to aid specifically with the Pakistan flood operation.
POET IN SCHOOL On Thursday 30 we have a poet in school by the name of Ian Bland. Ian performs in schools around the country and we hope that he will inspire the children to get writing their own poems after his visit.
PARKING AND TRAFFIC ISSUES
Parents and carers. Please be aware of new parking restrictions in the area around school.
Also please check the local press for details of imminent road closures in relation to the new Metrolink construction work which is in progress. Children’s safety is of course paramount so please make use of the school crossing patrol where appropriate and make sure children are well supervised at all times.
Family Holidays Thank you for only taking family holidays during school holiday time. No family holidays will be authorised during term time. If your child is off school at any time due to illness then please contact the school office first thing to let us know. Many thanks again.
