Two charged after stolen car taken on the moors

Two people have been charged with stealing a car in Rochdale.
Adam Daniels, 18, of Tweedale Street, Rochdale, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with theft of a car.
They appeared at Rochdale Magistrates' Court on 8 September 2010 and are next due to appear back before magistrates on 5 October 2010.
The charges relate to an incident on Tuesday 7 September 2010, where a stolen car was seen by police and stopped on the moors after officers from Greater Manchester Police and Lancashire worked with GMP Air Support Unit's India 99 to trace the car.
