The Ludus Dance Residency starts on Monday (27 September) for one week. As well as working with Falinge Park pupils, Ludus will also be working with some of our neighbouring primary schools and Oulderhill School.

There will be a week of exciting work shops and a final performance on Friday evening from 7.00pm in our school hall.

The Friday performance will include Ludus Dance performing their new dance and pupils from Falinge Park and one other school are also performing the dances they have created during the week. Anyone who would like a ticket should contact school.

Year 11 Academic Reviews for pupils and parents will occur during the week beginning
(27 September) meanwhile parents and carers of pupils please check that they have an appointment time with their child’s’ tutor. Letters have been given out to pupils.

The Octagon Radio club will be meeting with Mr. Morley at 1.00pm on Thursday 30 September in the radio room, which is in the Upper Year Centre. Please have a packed lunch so that you are prompt and can start your recording.

Year 11 Geography pupils will be visiting Malham as part of their GCSE course in Friday 1 October. Please see Ms. Keaveny if you have any questions. 

The PTA has organized a Treasure Hunt on Sunday 3 October. It will start from school at 11.00am. Cars can leave school over a staggered start, collect clues and up at the mystery destination.

There will be a prize for the winning car. Each car will pay £10.00, regardless of numbers in the car. The Treasure Hunt should last for about 2 hours in total. Please come along to support the event and the PTA – Everybody is welcome.
