St. Clements Church, Spotland
Bishop Mark, the Bishop of Middleton will be presiding and preaching at Sunday’s (5 September 2010) 10.30am Sung Holy Communion. Our Clemmie’s Club (Sunday School) which meets in the hall during the service will re-commence on Sunday 12 September after their summer break.
The Monday Nighters meet on Monday 6 September with a change of speaker. This will now be Terry Whitworth -'Turnpikes and Tow-paths'. Everyone welcome.
There will be a Said Holy Communion Service at 7.30pm on Tuesday, and at 9.30am on Thursday
As part of Rochdale’s Heritage weekend, the church will be open to visitors on Saturday 11 September from 10am until 3.00pm
We are holding a Silent Auction on Saturday 18 September 10.30am-noon, admission is free, and refreshments will be on sale during viewing time.
