Friends and family pay tribute to a “true star”

Tributes have flooded in for a Rochdale man who died in a road collision in Manton, Leicestershire.
23-year-old James Adamson was killed in a car accident on Wednesday (25 August 2010).
Mr Adamson, formally a pupil at Glebe House School in Rochdale was a passenger in the rear of a Ford Fiesta which was involved in an accident with a Ford Transit van.
Mr Adamson and a front seat passenger named Kelly Marie Bulmer were killed and the driver of the car is in a serious condition in hospital.
Friends of Mr Adamson have paid tribute to him on the social networking site Facebook.
Harriet Adamson posted: “Love you James. Rest in Peace xxxx”
And friend, Daniel Glastunbury wrote: “RIP Buddy you were a beautiful human being.”
Mr Adamson’s girlfriend, Elizabeth Horne wrote: “James the love of my life, love you always and forever. Still can't believe it’s true yet. Life won't ever be the same again.
"Don't know where or even how to start without you. There won't be a second that goes by without me thinking of you. Hope you've gone to a better place. Can't imagine anyone that deserved it less. X”
Hannah Robinson wrote: “R.I.P James a smile I’ll always remember with a character full of fun!! Xx”
Natalie Jane Parry posted: “Sleep tight J. Gutted does not describe it! You will be very much missed by everyone, such a top guy you didn't deserve this! Heaven has gained a true star!! x x x x x x x”
Jessica Crawford wrote: “Rest in peace pal. Will always be in our hearts. Won’t ever forget the funny times as kids. Love to all the family. Heaven is lucky to reserve such an angel. Love you always Jess, Dale and Louie. x x x”
