Best friends heading to same university

Oulder Hill Sixth Form students gathered in anticipation for there A-Level results today(Thursday 19 August 2010).
Hard work paid off for three best friends Sian Watkins, Leonie Saleem and Steph Turner who have been united since primary school, and will remain unified as all three got there place at Bangor University in Wales.
Sian Watkins, said: “I did not study as hard as I probably should have, but thought I did enough”.
The girls found it hard to sleep last night, but when they got to school they realised there was little need to worry because they all got into the University they wanted to.
Ms Saleem gained two Bs and one C and will study Linguistics; she would like to be involved in Art publishing after university.
Ms Turner achieved two grade Bs and one C and is off to study Psychology.
Ms Watkins was awarded two B grades and one D and will study Product Design.
Head of Sixth Form Jonathan Collins said: “We are delighted with our A-level results.
“They have done really well, and most pupils have got into the courses they applied for.”
Mr Collins said: “It was nice for the first time to be able to offer subjects that we have never done before such as A-level Italian and A-level Dance”.
