The first Wednesday in the month is, as usual, busy. The Wednesday Tea starts at 4.30pm and is followed by the Stitch 'n' Chatter Group at 5.15pm. The Women's League meeting starts at 7pm when Stephen Lingwood, minister at Bank Street, Bolton Unitarian Church, will speak. Stephen's topic will be, "because you're important - the story of Bolton Street Angels" (http://www.boltonstreetangels.org/).

On Saturday 7 August Rev Gillian Peel, and other members of the congregation, will take part in the Rochdale Multifaith Partnership Faith Walk which starts at 1.50pm from the Golden Mosque.

All are welcome to join us for morning service at 10.30am on Sunday 8 August.

The keep fit group meets at 9.30am on Monday 9 August (information from Margaret - 852575). The Book Circle meets at 7.30pm on Monday 9 August to discuss Christie Dickason's, "The Principessa" (information from Helen - 649015).

All are welcome to Meditation at the Manse at 7.30pm on Wednesday 11 August (information from Gillian - 340465 or 648461).

On Saturday 14 August the cultural group will visit Ansdell, taking part in the North East Lancs district meetings and then visit Southport later in the afternoon. The modern sequence dance will start at 7.15 pm on Saturday 14 August. The whist drive starts at 7pm.

Join us again at 10.30am on Sunday 15 August for morning service led by the minister, Rev Gillian Peel.
