Caution for brother who left siblings in hot car

A Rochdale man who left his siblings locked in a hot car on Yorkshire Street has been given a police caution.
The police were called on Friday 11 June 2010 after the six-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl wrote “help” on the car window.
The pair were taken to hospital as a precaution but did not suffer from any illness.
Their 20-year-old brother has now accepted a police caution.
