Police hunting robbers who targeted a jewellery shop in Rochdale have raided four homes across Manchester today, (Friday 9 July 2010).
A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and remains in police custody for questioning.
At 10.30am on Wednesday (7 July 2010), three masked men forced the security door of Frasar Hart jewellers on Yorkshire Street.
They used a crow bar to break the display glass at the front of the store and stole a number of Rolex watches.
Police are still appealing for anyone with information to call Rochdale CID on 0161 856 4644, or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
