ATTENDANCE
The winner of the attendance certificate week ending 18 June 2010 was Jade Class with an attendance of 100%. Excellent Jade Class. The overall attendance for the school was 96.7%.

CHILDER AWARD
This year the Childer Award for Shawclough will be presented to Damon Hill. He will receive his award on the 1 July 2010 at a special assembly in school. Congratulations to Damon on this fantastic achievement.

SPORTS DAY FOR UNITS 2,3,4 – 5 JULY STARTING AT 1.30 P.M.
The children will need their sports kit on this day. Parents will be most welcome to watch and even join in with their own team. Just see Mr Hacking (Unit Four) on the day (fingers crossed for good weather).
