Healey Primary School
Next week is our second Arts Week, which will be multi-cultural! We are having Tamboo Bamboo music with broomsticks on Tuesday afternoon and Samba (Brazilian) Carnival drumming on Thursday afternoon amongst other multi-cultural events. The week will hopefully not start off with a bang though as we are lucky to have been chosen to host the Skybolt Rocket on Monday. Other schools will be visiting us and we look forward to welcoming them.
Well done to the following children who received the award last week:
RECEPTION Daniel Kelly
YEAR 1 Shelby Atherton
YEAR 2 Jack Grindrod
YEAR 3 Callum Jackson
YEAR 4 Antony Grindrod
YEAR 5 Ellie Perczernyj
YEAR 6 Olivia Boyle and Matthew Steele
The best attending class was Reception with over 90%.
We would like to make it clear that Kahlis Garforth who received the Childer Award is a pupil at HEALEY, not HEYBROOK as mis-printed.
