Rochdale Unitarian Church
Rev Gillian Peel and other members of the congregation will attend The Multi-Faith Patnership meeting at Castlemere Community Centre at 7 pm on Tuesday 8 June.
On Saturday 12 June the Cultural Group will be visiting Hawes, including the Wensleydale Creamery Visitors Centre.
All are welcome at morning service at 10.30 on Sunday 13 June. Following the service Unit 33 will be escorting guests on the annual Stroke Club outing. The church has a long association with Rochdale Stroke Club, going back over 30 years.
The Book Circle meets at 7.30 pm on Monday 14 June and this month will be discussing Sebastian Faulks' "Engleby". Information from Helen, 649015.
The church AGM will take place at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 15 June.
On Saturday 19 June, at church, there will be a Summer Afternoon Tea from 3 pm to 4.30 pm. Tickets are £5 (£1 for children) and include afternoon tea accompanied by a string quartet.
Join us again at 10.30 am on Sunday 20 June when morning service will be led by Rev Gillian Peel.
A date for your diary - the Women's League project lunch will take place at 11.45 am on Saturday 10 July. Tickets cost £7 for adults and £1 for children - available from Margaret Salt (852757). This year's national project is in aid of the Margaret Barr Children's Village in Kharang, India - an orphanage in the Khasi Hills.(http://www.unitariansocieties.org.uk/womensleague/womkharang1.html).
