Fire Safety talk at Standguide
Steve Ashworth has been out this week with his Fire Safety team across the Rochdale Borough.
On Tuesday (1 June 2010), he gave a fire safety presentation at Standguide, Rochdale, for lone parents looking for employment with Job Centre Plus.
Janet Gregory, training adviser, said: “Steve’s presentation was really informative whilst amusing and at the same time the Job Seekers picked up some really use full tips.”
He paid a visit to Corcoran Close, West Starkey Street, Heywood, on Thursday (3 June 2010) with colleague Nicola Mills, where he has been promoting the importance of smoke alarms and knowledge of fire escape plans.
Amanda Noble, Warden, said: “The talk was very useful to all our tenants and very interesting, informative and amusing.”
