Kind donation to the Rochdale RSPCA

Rochdale RSPCA received a kind donation of £250 from a Bolton School and Williams Rochdale after an orphan fox cub was found on the car park of the BMW dealership.

Pupils from Lever Hulme School, Bolton began raising money for the Rochdale RSPCA after their head teacher, Nigel Ashton found an orphaned fox cub on the car park of Williams Rochdale.

RSPCA officials rescued the cub from the dealership on Gorrels Way and the baby fox, aptly named William has been making a good recovery in a local wildlife rescue centre.

The pupils raised £100 and presented the cheque to the Rochdale RSPCA at Williams Rochdale, who have also made a £150 donation to the animal centre.

Lee Potter, New Car Sales Manager at Williams Rochdale said, “William the fox cub looked very scared and shaken when he was found but the local RSPCA have done a great job nursing him back to health.
