Man charged with murder

A 33-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of Lee Poole.
Christopher Kelly, born 14/9/76, of Rochdale Road, Middleton, was charged on Saturday 8 May 2010, and will appear before Manchester City magistrates on Monday 10 May 2010.
Lee, 37, died after being stabbed in the chest during a disturbance at The Valley pub, on Glendower Drive, Collyhurst, on Sunday 2 May 2010.
He was taken to North Manchester General Hospital where he later died.
Another man and a woman earlier arrested in connection with the investigation were both released on bail pending further inquiries until July 2010.
