Youth has jaw broken in disturbance

Police are appealing for information surrounding a disturbance in Middleton during which a 17-year-old boy had his jaw broken.
Between 1:30am and 2am on Saturday 1 May 2010, officers received reports of a group of men fighting outside the Chicken Lodge Takeaway on Lodge Street.
There are no descriptions of the other men and the circumstances of the incident are unclear.
Detective Constable Ben Harris said: "We are trying to piece together exactly what happened so that we can prevent something like this happening again in the future.
"If you were the area at the time, you may have seen something that could help, so please get in touch."
