The discussion group will meet at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 27 April (information: 648461 or 340465).
At 7.30 pm on Wednesday 28 April there will be meditation at the manse (information: 648461 or 340465).
The badminton club meets at 8 pm on Thursday 29 April (information: 842719).
The Junior Church President will host a coffee morning starting at 10.30 am on Saturday 1 May. This is to raise funds for two charities supported during Jack's year of office: Springhill Hospice and the Rugby League Benevolent Fund. Tickets are £1.00. There will be a bring and buy stall and a raffle.
Join us at 10.30 on Sunday 2 May for morning worship, which is also our anniversary service. The service will be led by our minister, Rev Gillian Peel, with contributions from the Junior Church President and from Neville Kenyon. Neville is national President of the General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches and a member of the Bury Unitarians. The service will be followed by lunch (please let Helen know if you wish to stay for lunch - 649015).
The afternoon tea will start at 4 pm on Wednesday 5 May, followed at 5.15 pm by the Stitch 'n' Chatter group. The Women's League meeting will start at 7 pm, when guest speaker Graham Bellenger will talk about 'Scotland'.
There will be a modern sequence dance on Saturday 8 May, starting at 7.15 pm. The whist drive starts at 7 pm.
The Sunday Service at 10.30 am on 9 May will be led by our minister, Rev Gillian Peel.
A date for your diary - on Saturday 15 May commencing at 11.45 am the Phoenix Group will host another three course buffet lunch, plus tea and coffee. Tickets are £7 for adults and £1 for children - booking essential. Contact Helen on 649015 to reserve your place.
