Dogs and puppies stolen in burglary in Middleton

Seven dogs have been stolen from a house in Middleton.
Between 8.30pm on Tuesday 12 February and 1.00am on Wednesday 13 February 2008 a brick was thrown through the window of a house in Abbey Road while the residents were out.
The burglars took two adult Staffordshire bull terriers and five three-week-old puppies. The pups comprise three bitches, which are black with white markings, and two dogs, which are white with black spots.
Anyone with any information or who may have been offered the dogs for sale is asked to call Rochdale Police on 0161 856 1973 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
