Shotgun found in Littleborough

A man has been charged after a shotgun was found in a car in Littleborough.
Andrew Robert Goodwin, 27, from Eccles, has been charged with possession of a prohibited firearm.
He is due to appear at Rochdale Magistrates Court today (Friday 13 March).
Just after 2pm on Wednesday (11 March), police were called to Blackstone Edge Old Road to a report of a man with a weapon. Officers attended and a shotgun was found in a car.
