Prayer day comes through Rochdale on world journey

Two Rochdale churches will take part in a worldwide journey of services on Friday (6 March).
St Andrew's Methodist-United Reformed Church on Smith Street and Smallbridge Methodist Church on Wesley Street will join in the international Women's World Day of Prayer, which is celebrated across the world throughout Friday.
Services follow the sun across the international dateline with the Rochdale services starting at St Andrew's at 2pm and Smallbridge at 7pm.
A school in Tonga and churches in Australia, New Zealand, India, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas are taking part.
