The inquiry into the proposed wind farms on moorland between Littleborough and Todmorden will start on Tuesday (17 February).
The landmark planning appeal was launched by Coronation Power after a combination of Rochdale, Calderdale and Rossendale councils refused applications for three seperate farms, including one at Crook Hill.
Both sides have now finalised their arguments ahead of the public inquiry at Rochdale Rugby Club on Moorgate Avenue.
Campaigners against the windfarm are expected to attend the five-week hearing to put forward their views.
Coronation Power will air their views over the first six days of the inquiry, with the planning authorities from the respective councils giving their responses over the following seven days.
Proceedings will be adjourned on Friday 6 March, with an inquiry into common land issues starting on 10 March.
The joint inquiry will re-open on 17 March and is expected to reach a conclusion on 20 March.
