Rochdale PC in court for misconduct

A Police officer from Rochdale is to appear in court on charges of misconduct.
44-year old Robert Bowen is charged with three counts of wilful misconduct in a public office.
Bowen will be suspended from duty until after the court hearing at Warrington Crown Court.
The officer has been the subject of a 10-month investigation by Greater Manchester Police's Professional Standards Branch.
Bowen has been with the police force for more than 20 years, serving in Bury and North Manchester.
