Course for carers

A six week self-management programme for adults who care for someone living with a long term condition or disability will be running throughout February and March.
The course is free and aims to help carers feel more in control and continue to do the things that are important to them whilst in their caring situation.
The programme takes place at Meadowfields Community Centre, off Albert Royds Street, Belfield, Rochdale, on the following dates:
Wednesday 25 February
Wednesday 4 March
Wednesday 11 March
Wednesday 18 March
Wednesday 25 March
Wednesday 1 April
The programme, called ‘Looking After Me,’ is provided by the Expert Patient programme at NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.
