Council Executive dies suddenly

Rochdale Council’s Corporate Procurement manager died suddenly last weekend.
58-year old John Winterbottom died on Saturday. He had worked for Rochdale Council for more than 14 years, starting work there in 1994.
His colleague Ann Taylor said: "John had been involved in a number of major council projects. He was well liked by his colleagues and will be sadly missed."
