Live Life show returns for 2009

Date published: 14 January 2009

Live Life, the big public healthy living show will return to the borough in March. Following the success of last year’s event it has been announced that 'Live Life 2009' will take place at the Middleton Arena, on Monday 2 March.

The giant health exhibition, held in partnership with Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale NHS and Rochdale Borough Council will have lots of ideas to help you lead a healthier lifestyle with a huge range of interactive demonstrations, exciting activities and presentations.

Organisers promise another high profile line up of star guests. Last year Coronation Street star Antony Cotton made a surprise appearance.

Rachel Snow-Miller from the NHS said the event will be bigger and better than ever:

“Getting people to take responsibility for their own health is important, but it doesn't have to be boring. Live Life 2009 will be fun as well as good for you, and well worth a visit!"

This year free transport to the event will be available from various locations around the borough.
