New faces are welcome at the new group
The Young Parent group at Sandbrook Children’s Centre has been re-launched.
The group, aimed at parents under the age of 25, is now being held each Monday from 1.00pm until 3.00pm.
A free crèche is provided for the children.
Parents also get a chance to decide what activities they do, such as art or cooking.
Alison Horton, a young parent worker at Sandbrook Children’s Centre said: “The group has been closed for about six months since a previous worker left, but I have taken over now and we have lots of exciting things planned”.
“There are still places available so we will welcome some new faces”.
For more information please call Alison Horton from Sure Start on 07794210876 or Liz Garlick from the Youth Service on 07706178843.
