Middleton man charged over stabbing

A 19-year old man man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following a stabbing in Middleton on New Year's Day.
A 39-year old victim was found by police on Bonscale Crescent at around 8.30am having suffered wounds to his back and throat. Police arrested Prince Nglebo Zulu, also of Bonscale Crescent, in relation to the incident and he has now been charged.
The man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
