Reward offered after Middleton Spar robbery

A reward for information is being offered after a robbery at a Spar in Middleton.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident that happened on Stanycliffe Lane at about 9.40pm on Wednesday 29 August 2007.
Three men entered the store armed with metal bars and one of them demanded cash from staff behind the counter, while the other two tried to steal the cash machine.
The offenders got away with a staff members handbag and a small quantity of cash.
No one was hurt during the incident.
The men are described as white and were all wearing dark clothing and balaclavas. One of the men is described as 5ft 10in.

Bank Machine, the company that owns the cash machine, is offering a £5000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the offenders responsible.
