Police hunt would-be gunman
Date published: 04 December 2008

Guilty and wanted Errol Lloyd Tudor.
Police are hunting a Rochdale man who was sentenced to three years in prison for possession of ammunition this week.
Errol Lloyd Tudor, 44, was absent from both his trial at Manchester Crown Court in October and from this week's sentencing.
Tudor has gone on the run and police are eager to trace him.
His sentencing relates to a police raid in Bury during January this year, in which another man admitted a number of firearms offences after officers recovered a shotgun and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Wayne Robert Catterall from Bury was sentenced to four years in prison.
Detective Sergeant Nicholas Edge of the Xcalibre Organised Crime Unit said: "Gun crime is a very real and very serious problem and today's result highlights the good work being undertaken in Bury and across Greater Manchester to combat it."
Anyone with any information about Tudor's whereabouts is asked to contact Greater Manchester Police on 0161 872 5050.
