Schools have re-opened – but more snow to come

Pupils returned to school this morning as the chaotic weather subsided – but more heavy snowfalls have been forecast.
Schools across the borough were forced to close yesterday (Tuesday 2 December) after a thick sheet of snow fell on the town.
Weather forecasters have said the Rochdale winter wonderland is not over yet, as more snow will fall on Thursday night.
