RoFTRA is moving to Deen House on Station Road, Rochdale.
After six years, RoFTRA's Resource Centre has closed. RoFTRA wants to thank all those who made good use of it in that time, including those agencies that booked it frequently for their own meetings and all the drop-in members who both benefited from it and contributed so much to its life.
RoFTRA will be working with Rochdale Centre of Diversity to develop a drop-in facility in the Deen House building - and they will let existing drop-in members know when it's available.
The final touches are being taken care of this week and all works will be completed by the end of it.
RoFTRA wants to thanks its main contractor Alan Taylor of Taylor & Stott Ltd, for their excellent work delivered to high standards and on time.
The Newgate Office will close for the last time - after ten years - on Tuesday 25 November. The actual removal is planned to take two days including the transfer of IT and phone systems. The Deen House offices will be open from 9am on Friday 28 November.
From 26 November, RoFTRA's new address will be: Upper Floor, Deen House, Station Road, Rochdale OL11 1DS. A mailing to all RoFTRA members, Councillors, partner organisations, offiicers and many others will be go out at the end of this week with a copy of RoFTRA's 2008 Annual Report and more information about how to find and contact the new offices.
