Newhouse Academy’s headteacher, Mr Alex Burnham said: “With the emphasis on the ‘Our People’ high expectations agenda, we have seen some improvements across the school and in this year’s results. The hard work from our Year 11 students and dedicated staff has ensured that there is much to celebrate and be proud of.

“We are delighted with the progress that the school is making, excited about the potential of our current and future students, and are all working tirelessly to ensure that the school keeps moving forward and delivering the very best education.

“This week is all about celebrating the successes of our students and sharing their excitement, before the hard work starts again for everyone in September. We wish them every success with their futures.”
