Local military veterans are once again hosting a mammoth challenge: walking 45 miles from Rochdale to Blackpool with the aim of raising £10,000.
Get Together After Serving CIC is hoping to raise funds for itself and Springhill Hospice, which is facing a £1 million shortfall.
Last year the team completed the challenge between the Crown Oil Arena and Blackpool Tower in 19 hours.
This year, the team will set off from Springhill Hospice.
Get Together After Serving is a Community Interest Company which aims to help military veterans and their families with all aspects of reintegration into civilian life, mental health and PTSD, housing, and employment.
To take part in the walk, please purchase a ticket from Eventbrite.
Donations can be made via GoFundMe.
