Dad accused of murdering two-week old daughter found not guilty of her death

The father of a two-week old baby girl who died in Heywood in 2021 has been found not guilty of her death.
Darin Harvey was charged with the murder of his daughter, Felicity-May Harvey, in April 2022.
Felicity-May sadly passed away in hospital on 11 January 2021 after police were called to a report of concern for her welfare.
Mr Harvey has been found not guilty of the baby girl’s death today (Tuesday 9 May) after a trial at Bolton Crown Court.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed that a jury found Mr Harvey not guilty of murder or the alternative of manslaughter.
