A kidnap occurred in Rochdale before response officers detained two men
Two people have been charged in connection with the kidnap and assault of a man in Rochdale.
These charges are a result of an investigation into an incident that took place on Wednesday 12 April 2023 where a kidnap occurred in Rochdale before response officers detained two men.
Mark Wilcock, 36, of Rochdale, has been charged with kidnap, Section 39 assault, dangerous driving, driving without a licence or insurance and failing to stop.
Kirk Hulme, 37, of Shawclough, has been charged with kidnap, Section 39 assault and being on prison recall.
They were both remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Friday 14 April 2023.
