Oscar was last seen on 11 December
Police are concerned for the whereabouts of a teenager from Rochdale.
Oscar, 18, was last seen on Bellshill Crescent in Belfield on Sunday 11 December 2022.
He is described as a black male, 5ft 7 inches tall, slim build and brown short hair.
Anyone with information about Oscar's whereabouts should contact police on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
Alternatively, you can report information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
