£200,000 worth of drugs seized in GMP dawn raid

Around £200,000 worth of cannabis was seized
Two men aged 29 and 38 have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply after police executed a warrant at a property on Store Street, Rochdale on Friday 23 December.
GMP Rochdale’s Neighbourhood Team and District Intelligence Officers raided the property in the early hours and discovered large quantities of cannabis, estimated to have a street value of over £200,000.
Superintendent Richard Warden from GMP Rochdale division said: “We understand the devastating impact drug dealing has in our communities and I hope today's arrest shows the public our commitment to making our streets safer and removing dangerous individuals from the community.”
