Jumper-up for the Jolly Josh Jingle Bell Jumper Day Appeal

Date published: 24 October 2022

With winter just around the corner, Jolly Josh is asking everyone to jump on board the good ship Jolly Josh, embrace all things festive, and jumper-up for the Jolly Josh Jingle Bell Jumper Day fundraising appeal.

The newly opened Jolly Josh Centre provides a safe and accessible haven for ‘stay and play,’ social and hydrotherapy sessions for children and young people with complex needs, but with funding of just 8%, they need the community’s help.

The Jingle Bell Jumper Appeal is the perfect way for schools, nurseries, businesses, friends, and family to get festive, have fun and raise funds to give a special gift this Christmas, the gift of a child’s smile and their carer’s reassurance.

Talking about why they are taking part in this wonderful winter appeal, solicitor at Lancashire Law, Alison McGuigan said: “Here at Lancashire Law we love all things Christmas, so the Jingle Bell Jumper Day is a terrific way to create festive cheer, have a giggle and raise funds for Jolly Josh.

“Most people have a Christmas jumper in the depths of their wardrobe or can simply add tinsel and baubles to their everyday clothes! Here at Lancs Law, we are going to choose a day for all three of our branches, Shaw, Newhey and Todmorden, to jumper-up and raise funds in our own Jingle Bell Jumper Day. There will be fantastic jumpers, a lot of fun and cake!”
