Police appeal for info as man, 82, dies after Heywood collision

An 82-year-old man has died after a collision in Heywood last month; police are now appealing for information.
The collision occurred at around 4.40pm on Wednesday 15 June on Pilsworth Road South, Heywood.
The man was taken to hospital and sadly died on Monday 20 June 2022.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage from the surrounding area immediately before or after the collision should contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 0161 856 4741 quoting 2464 15/06/2022.
Information can also be shared anonymously via the independent charity – Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
